I am here, for you.

Registered Psychologist

the human behind In Your Element Psychology

For as long as I can remember, performance was a big part of my life. I grew up in the world of competitive sports, eventually reaching collegiate athletics — until an unexpected injury forced me to rethink everything. It wasn’t just the physical setback that challenged me, but the questions about identity, purpose, and what comes next.

That experience shaped the path I’m on today. I pursued Master's degrees in Sport Psychology and Counselling Psychology, driven by a deep curiosity about how we perform, how we grow, and how we heal when things don’t go as planned.

Now, I have the privilege of supporting others who are navigating their own high-performance environments — athletes, artists, students, and professionals. My approach is all about collaboration: helping you uncover the patterns holding you back, building on your strengths, and taking real steps toward what matters most to you.

Change isn’t always easy, and it doesn’t happen just in the therapy room. It happens in the small, daily moments — and we’ll work together to find practical strategies that fit your goals and your life.

Outside of my work, you’ll usually find me chasing adventure on a mountain bike, practicing yoga, baking something sweet, reading, or listening to vinyl records (with a lot of Taylor Swift mixed in). Music and movement are a big part of my own version of staying 'in my element.' In today’s fast paced world, I cherish the moments when I get time with the people who make life feel truly rich and meaningful.

LET’S WORK TOGETHER
