A SPACE FOR HEALING & GROWTH

Life can bring challenges that feel overwhelming or isolating. Whether you’re navigating the demands of school, work, relationships, or recovery, you don’t have to go through it alone.

I provide individual therapy to individuals in Alberta who are experiencing:

Anxiety and overwhelm: Racing thoughts, constant worry, difficulty sleeping, or feeling unable to slow down can make it hard to relax and be present. Together, we’ll explore what’s keeping your nervous system activated and build strategies to help you feel more grounded and steady.

Burnout and stress: Feeling drained from school, work, caregiving, or trying to “do it all” can leave you depleted. We’ll work to understand what’s contributing to the exhaustion and help you create sustainable ways to restore balance.

Teen and young adult stressors: Academic pressure, friendships, identity exploration, and growing independence can feel overwhelming. I provide a supportive space to navigate these changes with clarity and confidence.

Perfectionism and setbacks: High expectations can fuel growth, but they can also lead to self-criticism and feeling stuck when things don’t go as planned. Together, we’ll work toward flexibility, shifting perspectives, and resilience.

Depression and low mood: Loss of motivation, sadness, numbness, or disconnection from things that once mattered can feel isolating. Therapy can help gently rebuild movement, meaning, and connection.

Parenting stress: Supporting a child or teen through their own challenges can feel heavy at times. I offer space to process your experience, strengthen communication, and build confidence in your parenting.

PMDD and hormonal challenges: Intense emotional shifts connected to hormonal cycles can significantly impact daily life and relationships. We’ll work on understanding patterns, developing coping strategies, and reducing shame around these experiences.

ADHD in women: ADHD can show up as overwhelm, difficulty starting or finishing tasks, emotional intensity, forgetfulness, or chronic self-criticism. Many women have learned to mask or overcompensate, often leading to burnout or shame after years of navigating life in hard mode. Together, we’ll build understanding, practical strategies, and self-compassion that work with your brain rather than against it.

Injury recovery and concussions: Physical healing often comes with emotional and identity shifts. I support you in navigating changes to your body, routine, and sense of self during recovery.

Career and life transitions: Whether you’re adjusting to a new role, rethinking your direction, or facing unexpected change, therapy can help you process uncertainty and move forward with intention.

Difficult past experiences: Painful memories, trauma, or past experiences can continue to affect how you feel, think, and relate to others. I provide a safe, collaborative space to process these experiences at a pace that feels manageable.

In therapy, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where your story is at the center. Together we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and practice skills that support meaningful, lasting change. My approach draws on evidence-based strategies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and heal from past experiences, along with other approaches such as CBT, ACT, EMDR Level 1 and mindfulness, tailored to what works best for you.

You are the expert in your own journey and I am here to walk alongside you, working with you to move toward growth, resilience, and a greater sense of balance.

Starting therapy is a powerful step toward achieving your goals. In our work together, we’ll focus on uncovering the root causes of the challenges you face and develop clear, actionable steps to move forward. With a collaborative and goal-driven approach, we’ll create a plan that works for you, helping you build the habits and mindsets needed to create lasting change in your life.
