I provide individual therapy to individuals in Alberta who are experiencing:
Anxiety and overwhelm such as racing thoughts, constant worry, or difficulty slowing down that impact sleep or make it difficult to relax and be present.
Burnout and stress feeling drained from school, work, or caregiving responsibilities that leave you feeling drained.
Teen and young adult stressors pressure from academics, friendships, identity, and growing independence.
Perfectionism and setbacks struggling to meet high expectations or feeling stuck after things don’t go as planned.
Depression and low mood loss of motivation, sadness, or disconnection from the things that once mattered.
Parenting stress navigating the challenges of supporting your child or teen.
PMDD and hormonal challenges managing intense emotional symptoms that impact daily life.
Injury recovery and concussions coping with changes to identity, ability, or lifestyle during healing.
Career and life transitions adjusting to change, exploring identity, and finding clarity in the next step.
Difficult past experiences including trauma, painful memories, or experiences that continue to impact daily life.
In therapy, I offer a supportive and collaborative space where your story is at the center. Together we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing, build on your strengths, and practice skills that support meaningful, lasting change. My approach draws on evidence-based strategies such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help process and heal from past experiences, along with other approaches such as CBT, ACT, and mindfulness, tailored to what works best for you.
You are the expert in your own journey and I am here to walk alongside you, helping you move toward growth, resilience, and a greater sense of balance.

In our work together, we’ll focus on uncovering the root causes of the challenges you face and develop clear, actionable steps to move forward. With a collaborative and goal-driven approach, we’ll create a plan that works for you, helping you build the habits and mindsets needed to create lasting change in your life.
In-person and Virtual (located across Alberta) appointments are available.

Wednesday: 4:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Thursday: 1:00 PM – 7:15 PM
Friday: 11am-6pm
Saturday: 11am-6pm
Session rates:
60-minute session: $235
90-minute session: $353
Please note: I am not currently accepting practicum students or provisional psychologists.
