Sports & Performance
In performance, success is influenced by a variety of psychological factors, and the barriers you encounter play a crucial role in shaping your journey. Together, we’ll explore and address the challenges that may be holding you back, while focusing on strategies to overcome them. My approach is centered around helping you build resilience, gain clarity, and progress towards the performance outcomes you’re aiming for, whether in sports, creative fields, or fast-paced professional environments.

With experience working with athletes at all levels in individual and team sports and professionals in demanding fields like law, medicine, corporate environments, and academia, I understand the unique pressures and expectations that come with elite performance. Whether navigating high-stakes competition, recovering from injury, managing stress, or transitioning out of competitive environments, I’m here to help you address the mental and emotional complexities of these experiences. At In Your Element, I focus on building the skills needed to support your growth, whether you're aiming for peak performance or a smoother transition to new phases of your journey.
